So if i am already on the streets running by cops and stuff and they don't pull me over for being "TOO LOUD" i should be fine when out on the trails???

If you have any question if your bike is too loud for the state parks you can take it to get tested when they start doing it. It is free and it will answer the question if your bike is too loud or not. The law doesn't go into effect until July.

i agree with keeping within the limits and ensuring we all can continue to ride, but their statement

"Fortunately loud Dirt Bikes and ATVs can be fixed without losing any speed or power." at the beginning is false. You do lose some power, be it not much but it can be felt, when you start to cork up a bike.

Not starting arguments, just wanted to point out this fact...


either way i will still get my bike tested and comply.

get registered and plated in another county, use a friends addy. then when time to replate or re register hey they cant deny you a plate and registration being already done....
